Vision for Jersey
Jersey will be a confident, well‑governed island that combines economic dynamism with social fairness and environmental responsibility.
My vision is for a community where government is competent, efficient, and transparent – enabling enterprise rather than constraining it. I want to restore fiscal discipline, simplify regulation, and ensure that public services deliver value and quality.
Jersey’s distinct identity and constitutional autonomy must be protected and promoted, while our economy remains open, competitive, and innovative. Housing must be affordable, healthcare preventive and accessible, and planning responsive to the needs of people and business alike.
Above all, Jersey should be a place where good governance, opportunity, and community pride work together – a model small jurisdiction that shows how disciplined leadership and pragmatic reform can secure prosperity and fairness for future generations.
